Dog Licensing
All dog owners in Newbury must obtain a license for their dog by January 1st. The license will be valid for the entire calendar year displayed on the license (expiring December 31st.)
For the convenience of the residents, licenses are now available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at the Newbury Police Station (downstairs from Town Hall) as well as the Clerk's office during regular Town Hall business hours (M, W, Th. 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. and Tues. 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.). To assist with expediting the process, dog owners can click on the link below and complete the interactive application.
